A guy came into my office today - called himself "Mr Condom" - had an inflated one on his hat and many taped to his clothes.

It's a good start. If people accept condoms then you know they've at least been educated in the dangers a little bit. Otherwise they'd be asking "What are these for?" Right?

OK - so someone believes there are people who don't know what condoms are and what they are used for? Belive me, in Africa they know - it is everywhere (the message)
